Plan Your Visit

Never been to a dispensary before? No problem! We want you to have the most comfortable experience possible. We want you to know exactly how the dispensary process will go and what to expect to make sure your first time is relaxed and memorable. We promise you’ll find our staff to be understanding, patient, and will help put you completely at ease while helping you find the medicine you need to feel better and live well.

STEP 01
Check-In with Security

When you arrive, a member of our security team at the front desk will check your government-issued photo ID and your patient or caregiver MMJ card, if applicable. A physical or digital copy of your patient or caregiver card is accepted. After check-in, you’ll be added to the line and asked to take a seat in the lobby.

STEP 02
Enter the Sales Floor

A security team member will escort you through the secure door to the sales floor, where a Patient Care Associate or Budtender will help with your purchase. If you know what you’d like, they can fill your order right in front of you, including weighing your flower for you to see.

If you’re unsure what to choose, our staff are trained to help. They’ll ask a few questions about your needs and provide product suggestions, dosage guidance, and usage instructions. You can also pick up a free patient journal to track what works well for you and what does not.

STEP 03
Check Out
Once you’re done shopping, we’ll bag your purchase, print your receipt, and get you on your way. We only accept cash at the moment and an ATM is available in the lobby if needed.
STEP 04
Exit and Plan Your Next Visit
Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll head out through the same door you entered. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
